Warren Ransom, a 33-year-old black male, was found dead on March 1, 2014, along Hooker Road in Chattanooga, TN. The discovery was made by a passerby who noticed the body on the side of the road and called 911. When Chattanooga Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Warren Ransom deceased.
