Warren Ransom, a 33-year-old black male, was found dead on March 1, 2014, along Hooker Road in Chattanooga, TN. The discovery was made by a passerby who noticed the body on the side of the road and called 911. When Chattanooga Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Warren Ransom deceased. The initial cause of death was not immediately determined, but it was later revealed that he had been shot once in the head.
