Andres Jose Cruz, a 31-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2020, in Pacoima, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:40 a.m., on the 13100 block of Van Nuys Boulevard. Cruz was walking west on Van Nuys Boulevard with another individual when they were approached by an unknown assailant.
