Herbert E. Seymour Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2011. On that fateful evening, Seymour was walking home from a nearby liquor store around 10:40 PM when he was approached by an unknown assailant. The attacker shot Seymour multiple times, including in the head, back, and leg, leading to his immediate death at the scene.
