Raemond Jarrod De Leon Santos, a 19-year-old resident of Wilmington, California, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2020. Santos was sitting in the driver's seat of his gray Honda Accord with his cousin, Jesse Meza, when another vehicle approached them. The assailant exited the vehicle and began shooting at Santos and Meza through the driver's side window.
