In the quiet residential neighborhood of North Las Vegas, the evening of May 3, 2021, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 15-year-old Sebastian Parra. A male of unknown ethnicity, Sebastian was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 2300 block of North Daley Street, near Carey Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard North.
