In the quiet residential neighborhood of North Las Vegas, the evening of May 3, 2021, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 15-year-old Sebastian Parra. A male of unknown ethnicity, Sebastian was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the 2300 block of North Daley Street, near Carey Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard North. The North Las Vegas Police Department responded to a call about an injured person around 8:30 p.m. and discovered the gravely wounded teenager.
