In the winter of 2023, the life of Matthew Cecil Overby, a 35-year-old male, was violently cut short in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On the evening of February 1st, Overby was discovered in the 4300 block of 6th Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The father of six was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving a void in the lives of his family, including his wife, Cari Overby, and his numerous children, parents, and siblings.
