In the winter of 2023, the life of Matthew Cecil Overby, a 35-year-old male, was violently cut short in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On the evening of February 1st, Overby was discovered in the 4300 block of 6th Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
