On April 15, 2023, at approximately 2 a.m., 16-year-old Jabbori Demetrius Yelding was fatally shot at the Arbor Pointe Apartments on Dairy Road in Prichard, Alabama. Responding officers found Yelding with gunshot wounds; he was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
