On August 13, 2021, at approximately 10:19 a.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a call on the 1200 block of Amsterdam Street in Mobile, Alabama, regarding a person down. Upon arrival, they discovered 30-year-old Dillon Thomas Crum deceased inside his residence. The initial investigation led to the arrest of 39-year-old Isaac Bell, who was charged with murder and first-degree burglary in connection with Crum's death.
