In the late morning hours of a Saturday in Huntsville, Alabama, a dispute turned deadly, ending the life of 32-year-old Jamie Darquez Cawthorne. On October 12, 2024, Huntsville Police were called to the 4000 block of Pulaski Pike around 10:50 a.m. following reports of a possible shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Cawthorne, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
