On September 25, 2016, at approximately 2:40 AM, Marcellus Thomas, a 22-year-old male, was shot and killed in the rear of the 400 block of Riggs Road, NE, Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene after reports of gunfire. Despite efforts to investigate, the case remains unsolved, and authorities are still seeking information from the public to help identify the perpetrator(s).
