In the early morning hours of a cold Thursday in Washington, D.C., the life of 21-year-old Duane Woolfolk was tragically cut short. On December 10, 2020, at approximately 3:06 a.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 3200 block of 23rd Street, Southeast. When police arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Woolfolk suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries.
