Jordan Bianca Coates, a 21-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., tragically lost her life to gun violence on September 9, 2023.

The incident occurred in the 1200 block of Duncan Place, Northeast, Washington, D.C. At approximately 3 p.m., DC police officers responded to a report of a shooting.
