On a tragic December evening in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 25-year-old Keithan Jamon Parker, a Black male, was cut short by a hail of gunfire. The incident, which occurred on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, also claimed the life of 19-year-old Kayla Hall and left another woman with life-threatening injuries.
