On May 12, 2023, George Williams Jr., 63, was tragically killed in Birmingham, Alabama. Around 3:05 PM, police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of 19th Street North. Williams was found on his front porch suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
