On October 21, 2023, 42-year-old Aloysius Astrada Tobias Finn was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 3:25 PM, East Precinct officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 9100 block of 14th Avenue North. Upon arrival, they discovered Finn unresponsive in a field adjacent to a church, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
