On June 3, 2023, 27-year-old Victor Alberto Jeronimo Garcia was found deceased in his vehicle on the 2500 block of Snavely Avenue Southwest in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 8:30 a.m., West Precinct officers responded to a report of a person shot and discovered Garcia unresponsive inside the vehicle. Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel arrived shortly thereafter and pronounced him dead at the scene.
