Reginald Dewayne Tolbert, a 51-year-old male, tragically lost his life to gun violence on the evening of Thursday, October 12, 2023, in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Third Avenue West in the city's Graymont neighborhood.
