On February 14, 2023, at approximately 10:53 p.m., 55-year-old Reginald Andre Moore was found unresponsive outside a residence in the 900 block of 4th Court West in Birmingham, Alabama. Responding to a call about a person down, officers discovered Moore lying on the side of the residence, suffering from a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service pronounced him deceased at the scene.
