On a late Tuesday evening in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 55-year-old Reginald Andre Moore, a male, was tragically cut short. On February 14, 2023, at approximately 10:53 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of 4th Court West following a report of a person down.
Upon their arrival, they discovered Reginald Andre Moore unresponsive, lying on the side of a residence. He had sustained a gunshot wound.
Despite the immediate response from Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Birmingham Police Department quickly launched a homicide investigation into the shooting death of Moore.
