In a tragic turn of events on Father's Day weekend, 71-year-old Eugene Holiday was killed in his Birmingham, Alabama, home. The incident, which occurred on June 17, 2023, unfolded inside his residence in the Ensley neighborhood. An argument with a family member escalated, leading to the fatal shooting of the elderly man.
