In the winter of 2023, the life of 19-year-old Cameron Dontae Rogers was tragically cut short in his hometown of Sylacauga, Alabama. On the evening of Monday, January 16th, the sound of gunfire pierced the air in the vicinity of Kingwood Drive and Drew Court. When officers from the Sylacauga Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered an SUV that had collided with a parked vehicle. Inside, they found Cameron suffering from a gunshot wound.
