On October 2, 2021, 55-year-old Lester "Tulu" Wilson was found with a gunshot wound to the head near 720 Billingsley Road in Sylacauga, Alabama. Responding officers transported him to UAB Hospital, where he remained on life support until his death on October 8, 2021.
