On a Saturday afternoon in Sylacauga, Alabama, the life of 67-year-old Jerry Ray DeLee was tragically cut short. On November 17, 2018, police responded to reports of gunfire in the 200 block of South Wetumpka Avenue shortly after 4:00 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. DeLee, a resident of South Main Avenue, deceased at the scene from a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
