On May 15, 2019, 25-year-old Michael Lambert was fatally stabbed in the 7000 block of 2nd Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama. Emergency responders transported him to UAB Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Birmingham Police Department initiated a homicide investigation and detained a person of interest for questioning.
