In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Birmingham, Alabama, a dispute within the walls of a home in the Ensley neighborhood turned fatal, claiming the life of 35-year-old Kenneth Dewayne Maddox Jr. On October 9, 2022, what began as an argument escalated tragically, ending with Maddox suffering from a gunshot wound.
