On the night of September 3, 2015, 30-year-old Michael Dilworth was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 10:45 PM in the alley behind the 10 block of 6th Avenue South in the Titusville neighborhood. Prior to the shooting, Dilworth had entered a nearby Exxon gas station, made a purchase, and exited the premises.
