Death by Force

On October 11, 2024, 20-year-old Paul Devaried Terry Jr. was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 12:19 p.m. in the 8200 block of 4th Avenue North, near East Lake Park. Upon arrival, officers were informed that Terry had fled to a nearby shed in the 300 block of 83rd Street North, where they found him unresponsive.
