On November 30, 2017, in Birmingham, Alabama, a tragic incident unfolded involving two brothers, 22-year-old Dewayne Price and 24-year-old Jeremiah Price. The siblings resided with their mother in an apartment on the 1200 block of 12th Street North. That afternoon, an argument over money escalated into a physical altercation inside their home. The confrontation spilled outside, where Jeremiah fatally shot Dewayne before turning the gun on himself, all in the presence of their mother.
