Death by Force

On July 1, 2020, 41-year-old Rashion McGinnis Cook was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of Maple Avenue Southwest. According to the Birmingham Police Department, an unknown individual drove up to the location and fired multiple shots, striking Cook.
