Lester Edward Dodd, a 38-year-old male, was killed on October 16, 1994, in what became a grim discovery at the Changing Times Lounge in Birmingham, Alabama. Dodd, who worked at the neighborhood bar, was found alongside his wife, Pamela Jo Hogg Dodd, 37, and three regular patrons: Florence Adell Elliott, 44, James Ormand Watkins, 59, and William Nelson, 52. The scene suggested a brutal, calculated act, with the victims positioned in a manner that indicated 'execution-style' killings.
