In the chill of a late January evening, the life of Robert Dewayne White, a 43-year-old man, was tragically cut short on a street in Birmingham, Alabama. On the night of January 28, 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a person shot in the 3400 block of 31st Avenue North.
