On August 10, 2024, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a deceased female found on the side of Mountain Road in Bessemer, Alabama. The victim was identified as 29-year-old Miyell A. Johnson, also known as Kimberly Ann Agere, from Long Branch, New Jersey. An autopsy conducted the following day revealed no evidence of trauma or foul play; however, the exact cause of death remains undetermined pending further laboratory studies.
