On September 20, 2024, at approximately 4:04 p.m., 31-year-old Frank "Frankie" Portillo was fatally shot at an automotive repair center located at 13600 Quinnault Road in Apple Valley, California. The incident also resulted in critical injuries to 44-year-old Joshua Augsburger.
