Ravino Bailey, a 23-year-old resident of Hempstead, NY, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2018. The events leading to his death began on the evening of March 23, 2018, when Shavon Goins, a romantic rival, threatened to kill Bailey in front of a home on Dartmouth Street in Hempstead.
