A man is found in a driveway with several gun shot wounds
On April 17, 1997, 39-year-old Rudolph Stewart Jr. was found fatally shot in the 5500 block of Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Police responded to multiple reports of gunfire and discovered Stewart lying in a driveway with several gunshot wounds. Despite paramedics' efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy confirmed the death as a homicide.
