A 12 year old dies as a result of arson
On September 24, 2003, 12-year-old Jonathan Anthony Pelham tragically lost his life in a suspicious house fire in Virginia Beach. Firefighters responded to a blaze at approximately 3:42 a.m. at a townhome located on Hampstead Court in the Weblin Place neighborhood. Upon arrival, they found the house fully engulfed in flames.
