A man is found shot to death next to a business safe
On the morning of Thursday, October 10, 1991, a sense of routine was shattered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, culminating in the tragic death of 34-year-old Samuel Baruch, a Caucasian male. At approximately 9:15 a.m., Baruch was seen arriving at his business located in the 300 block of Birchwood Park Drive. A large man, standing at 6'3" and weighing 250 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive dark mustache, he was a familiar presence in the area.
