On the night of April 6, 2018, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace on Pickering Street in Virginia Beach, Virginia, leaving a scene of chaos and tragedy. When the sounds of the shots subsided, 41-year-old Rakel Ramel Mason, a male from Norfolk, was found dead. Three other individuals were also struck by bullets during the incident.
