A man is murdered in his townhome In the early morning hours of August 14, 1990, the life of 20-year-old David Lee Lamb Jr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in what police have described as a homicide. The violent incident unfolded at approximately 2:30 a.m. inside his townhome located in the 1100 block of Hillock Crescent in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
