A man is found bleeding to death in a pawn shop
On a Tuesday evening, April 8, 1997, the routine of a Virginia Beach pawn shop was shattered by violence. Inside the Military Highway Pawn located in the 700 block of Military Highway, 65-year-old Joseph Haught, a white male, was discovered bleeding from a gunshot wound. A call was made to 911 at approximately 6:00 p.m. to report a man suffering from a gunshot injury.
