In the afternoon of April 8, 2026, a dispute between two brothers in Virginia Beach, Virginia, escalated to a fatal conclusion. Emergency services received a report of a shooting in the 600 block of Chancery Square at approximately 1:31 p.m. Upon their arrival, police officers discovered 41-year-old Michael Armstrong inside a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound.
