On June 19, 1993, Charles Wallace, a man in his mid-20s, was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds in the 700 block of Arvin Road in Virginia Beach. Investigators determined that Wallace was likely killed elsewhere, and his body was dumped at this location.
