A man is shot to death in the parking lot of Picasso's Nightclub
On March 1, 1999, 34-year-old Roy White was shot and killed in the parking lot of Picasso’s Nightclub in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Around 3:09 a.m., gunfire erupted in the parking lot, and police were called to the scene. They found White inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The State Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that his death was a homicide.
