A 26-year-old Birmingham man fatally shot Monday night appears to have been killed during a robbery.
Birmingham police on Tuesday identified the victim as Jeremy Robinson. The shooting happened shortly after 10:30 p.m. in the 500 block of 41st Street North in the city's Tom Brown Village public housing community in Avondale.
