On the evening of April 13, 2018, Jeremy Anthony Davis, a 38-year-old male, was shot and killed in a vehicle in an unincorporated area of Jefferson County, Alabama. The events of that night began to unfold when the driver of the car carrying Davis pulled into the parking lot of the Midfield Police Department and reported that his passenger had been shot. Inside the vehicle, officers found Davis deceased in the passenger seat.
