Death by Force

On July 24, 2008, in Birmingham, Alabama, 13-year-old Jerome McFarland was tragically killed alongside his family in a brutal home invasion. The victims included Jerome's mother, Elizabeth McFarland Witherspoon, age 34; his stepfather, Derrick Witherspoon, age 37; and his younger brother, Justin McFarland, age 11.
