In the late hours of November 10, 2016, a single act of violence irrevocably altered the lives of a Memphis family. Terrell Wilkins, a 22-year-old African-American male, found his life cut short in a hail of bullets at the Summit Park Apartments in the Whitehaven neighborhood.
