In North Memphis, on the evening of March 13, 2025, a burst of gunfire in the 200 block of Chelsea Avenue tragically cut short the life of a man identified as Deonte' Reed. When police arrived at the scene, they found Reed, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. Another victim, an unidentified female, was also discovered at the location suffering from a gunshot wound.
