A 15 year old girl's remains are discovered 8 days after she vanished
On November 6, 1998, 15-year-old Lisa Norrell disappeared while walking home after attending a quinceañera rehearsal in Antioch, California. She was last seen along the Pittsburg-Antioch Highway, a desolate and industrial area with no sidewalks. It was a decision that proved tragic.
