Patricia Ochoa, a 19-year-old resident of Concord, California, tragically lost her life on June 23, 2015, in a drive-by shooting along Highway 4 in Bay Point, near Pittsburg, CA. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. when Patricia and a 26-year-old man from Bay Point were shot at while driving. The victims were transported to John Muir Medical Center in Concord, where Patricia succumbed to her injuries. The other victim survived and was reported to be in stable condition.
