Stanley Wilson, a 21-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, was found dead in North Philadelphia after what police described as an execution-style shooting. The incident unfolded around midnight on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, near American and Westmoreland streets, where officers discovered his body beside a parked car. The quiet of the overnight hours had been broken by violence, and by the time police arrived, Wilson was already beyond saving.
